Das hochchromhaltige Gusseisen ist eine Reihe von chromverschleißfestem Gusseisen mit einem Chromgehalt von über 12 Gew .-%, das derzeit das am weitesten verbreitete verschleißfeste Material ist. Das Gusseisen mit hohem Chromgehalt zeigt daher eine hohe Verschleißfestigkeit bei der Abgabe von Gülle, die harte feste Partikel enthält. Der Vertreter des Gusseisens mit hohem Chromgehalt ist die Legierung M05 und M07; Für eine spezifische Anwendung leiten sie die Legierungen M49 und M33 mit ausgezeichneter Korrosionsbeständigkeit sowie die Legierungen M12 und M61 mit höherer Verschleißfestigkeit usw. ab.
Zu den Pumpenteilen aus Gusseisen mit hohem Chromgehalt gehören die nassen Endteile wie die Volutte-Auskleidung, das Laufrad und die Kehlbürste usw. Mit Ausnahme des Hochchrom-Pumpens können wir auch Teile aus Ployurathan-Pumpe, Gummipumpenteile, Pumpenteile aus Keramik und Pumpenteile aus Edelstahl anbieten etc.

Die Materialeigenschaften des hochchromhaltigen Weißeisens werden durch einen vernünftigen Kompromiss zwischen drei Aspekten hergestellt: Härte, Zähigkeit und Korrosionsbeständigkeit. Materialauswahl für bestimmte Anwendungen, mit Ausnahme der oben genannten drei Aspekte, sollten wir die Betriebsbedingungen berücksichtigen.
